1. Panel: (three types)
ABS: low-grade engineering plastic, easy to change color, low strength.
PC material: strong impact resistance, strong heat resistance, high transparency.
Electric jade powder: inflammable, never discolored, never wearable, strong thermochemical.
2. Switching current carrier (copper sheet) (three types)
Brass: its hard, slightly weak elasticity, medium conductivity, bright yellow.
Tin-phosphor bronze: hard, good elasticity, better conductivity than brass, reddish yellow.
Red copper: slightly soft, good elasticity, high electrical conductivity, purple-red.
3. Switch contact (two types)
Sterling silver: low resistance, soft texture, low melting point, easy to oxidize, easy to arc, burn wires or switching elements, resulting in poor energization.
Silver alloy: low resistance, wear-resistant texture, high melting point, oxidation resistance, comprehensive performance is superior to pure silver.
4. Switch nozzle (two types)
Self-lubricating type: nylon, material hard wear-resistant friction, self-lubricating effect, effectively reduce friction force.
Ordinary reinforced nylon: there is astringency over time, and the increase in friction force causes the silver point to melt and the current carrying capacity decreases.
5. Base (three types)
Imported reinforced nylon: good insulation, strong rigidity, impact resistance, corrosion resistance, no deformation at high temperature, to ensure that the internal components will never fall off.
Recycled PC material: weak impact resistance, weak heat resistance, easy to deform.
Ordinary synthetic plastics: easy to age, flammable, easy to deform.
