Pay attention to the purchase of sockets

First, choose the channel
When consumers buy power sockets, do not be greedy for cheapness, it is best to buy from regular large chain supermarkets, hypermarkets or electrical appliances and other business places, and keep shopping vouchers.
Second, look at the appearance
The style and color of the switch should match the overall style of the interior. For example, if the overall color of the interior decoration is light, you should not use dark switches such as black and brown. And the packaging of qualified sockets on the manufacturer and product information is complete, some unqualified sockets are poorly packaged, lack of the most basic manufacturer and product information, especially the production date on the product packaging, more inferior socket product packaging does not indicate the production date, which often belongs to unqualified sockets. In addition, the qualified socket shell panel is finely made, there is no burr on the side of the shell and jack, the jack size is symmetrical and uniform, and the poor quality socket shell is rough in workmanship.
Third, look at the feel
It can be distinguished from four aspects: weighing weight, repeatedly pressing the switch, trying to plug and pulling the force, and pulling the power cord:
1. Weight: The socket that meets the national standard uses a lot of copper wire, thick copper sheet, and a tight plastic shell, so the weight is heavier, and the unqualified socket cutting corners will obviously feel much lighter.
2. Press the switch repeatedly: you can repeatedly press the socket switch several times, and the qualified socket opens and closes freely and the sound is crisp; Unqualified sockets feel stiff and easy to jam.
3. Test insertion force: the qualified socket not only has a moderate and flexible insertion and unplugging feel for each hole, but also has the same insertion and pulling feel of each jack; The insertion and removal force of the unqualified socket is too loose or too tight, the elasticity is poor and easy to loosen, and each hole can obviously feel different.
4. Pull the power cord: the power cord of the qualified socket feels soft and hard, and the connection with the socket is solid and reliable; The power cord of the unqualified socket feels soft, and the connection with the socket is not firm, and it is easy to pull off.
Fourth, look at the brand
Encourage everyone to choose well-known brands. Because the quality of the switch is related to the normal use of electrical appliances, and even the convenience of life. Many distributors in interviews have expressed the same opinion, that is, many small manufacturers produce switches or sockets that are very unreliable, do not take long at all, and frequent replacement is obviously very troublesome.
Fifth. Look at the service
As far as possible, go to the store or sales point designated by the regular manufacturer to buy, and ask for the shopping invoice, so as to ensure that you can enjoy the future after-sales service.
Sixth. Look at the logo
Pay attention to the identification on the base of the switch and socket: including Great Wall Certification (CCEE), rated current and voltage.
Seventh. Look at the standard
GB2099.3-2008 standard is selected. On June 1, 2010, the relevant departments of the state promulgated a new national standard and began to enforce it, explicitly prohibiting the production of multi-hole sockets. The new national standard requires the production of two-pole and three-pole jacks in the form of separate combination (commonly known as the new five-hole socket) socket, the plug and socket of this socket have a larger contact area and closer contact, reducing the hidden danger of electric shock.
